I fully agree. I ran into the same problem where they released an update last year and then forced me to upgrade, and then I had to buy the annual support. I now just upgraded to Windows 7 and am learning that I have to upgrade again because they won't support 2009 in Windows 7. TERRIBLE! I AM ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD WHEN I TALK TO THE REP BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY PUSH IT ON ME I GO OFF ON THEM. If there were another product that came out, I would switch right away!
