			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/trika/archive/2008/07/24/get-in-on-the-action-sharepoint-certifications.aspx" target="_blank">Trika</a> had a great post today for those of us working in Microsoft platforms looking for a niche to get into it.  I have not really given Sharepoint that close of a look because the small business clients I usually work with do not need that level of collaboration.  It certainly makes sense though that it is a booming market, and with IBM dropping the ball with Lotus Notes so badly I think it could easily be exploited. </p>
